The Mutual Frontier Fund Series

Private Mutual Investment for Physical Assets

Mutual Frontier brings qualifying physical Assets together through private member investment pools. Each Fund is formed around defined Asset restrictions, shared risk characteristics, and separately governed investment terms.

Stronger Assets Through Shared Capital

Owners of significant physical assets often carry concentrated exposure individually. Mutual Frontier applies a pooled investment model in which qualifying Assets participate through a common capital structure.

Member capital may support investment activity, structural reserves, Fund operations, and qualifying obligations in accordance with each Fund’s definitive documents.

Pooling does not eliminate risk or guarantee capital preservation. It provides a governed structure through which aligned members can invest, evaluate exposure, and prepare for qualifying events together.

How the Fund Series Works

Separate Member Pools

The Mutual Frontier Fund Series consists of separate investment pools. Each Fund has its own Asset restrictions, eligibility requirements, risk characteristics, capital structure, reserves, qualifying obligations, and governing terms.

Ongoing Fund Management

Fund capital, investments, reserves, expenses, liquidity, and qualifying obligations are administered in accordance with the applicable Fund documents. Investment performance and qualifying events may materially affect Fund capital and member outcomes.

Governed Participation

Submission of information begins an intake and review process only. Participation requires eligibility review, Asset diligence, review of definitive documents, formal acceptance, and satisfaction of applicable funding requirements.

Defined Asset Eligibility

Assets are evaluated against the requirements of the applicable Fund. Evaluation may include property characteristics, fire rating, location, exposure, existing insurance, ownership information, valuation, and other diligence requirements.

Important Investment Considerations

Participation in a Mutual Frontier Fund involves substantial risk, including the possible partial or complete loss of capital and limited liquidity.

Fund interests are private, are not currently publicly traded, may be subject to transfer restrictions, and currently have no secondary market. Participants should not rely on future liquidity.

Mutual Frontier is not an insurance company. Fund participation is not an insurance policy, bank deposit, or guaranteed financial instrument. Investment performance, distributions, capital preservation, and satisfaction of qualifying obligations are not guaranteed.

Nothing on this page constitutes investment, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice or an offer to participate. Participation is governed solely by the applicable definitive documents.

Begin the Investment Process

Explore whether a qualifying Asset may be appropriate for Fund A or Fund B. The investment intake will collect the initial information required to begin a governed review.

Completing the intake is not a Fund application, eligibility determination, offer, or acceptance decision.
